COMORAD received financial, food and Non Food Items (NFI) support from FAO, CESVI/ Agro-sphere, DFID. UNDP, World Bank, CERF, CIDA (Canada), WATER FOR LIFE, Agro-sphere, and Diaspora community, Somali Business community and other NGOs to respond the needs of the vulnerable and the destitute.

COMORAD is a member of Somali Support Secretariat (SSS) and cluster member of Agriculture/Livelihoods, Health, Nutrition, Protection and WASH and Sector member of Governance, Food Security (FSEDSC) and a working group member of Agriculture, Gender Based Violence, HIV/AIDS, Gender and Human Rights, Somali Human Rights Defenders Network (SOHRIDEN), Consortium for Southern Somalia NGOs (COSSONGOS) and Child Protection Network in Banadir (CPN).
COMORAD is a member of South Central Aids Commission (SCAC), and Coalition for Peace in Africa (COPA). COMORAD is registered with the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Federal Government, Ministry of Agriculture and other regional Administrations such as Banadir, Galmudug, Jubbaland, Hir-Shabelle and South-somali regions.
